Please note that by using the shopping cart on this site that you agree to the terms and conditions of the site.

Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary dependant on the product being purchased. Within 48 hours of your order being received, we will send you confirmation, which will include delivery times for your specific order.

Postage and Handling

Postage and handling will be based on standard Australia Post prices. Prices on this site cover the cost of the product, excluding postage and handling.

Products are guaranteed

All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Duration of the guarantee is 12 months from date of delivery. The manufacturer or distributor are not responsible for any improper use of these goods. The guarantee is invalidated if any spare parts are used different than those indicated by the manual or the distributor, or if any equipment is disassembled by an unauthorized person.

Refund Policy

SNB Aesthetics does not offer refunds if you are dissatisfied with the product of your choice and wish to return it.

Under no circumstances will refunds be awarded to open or used products, unless the product is suffering from a manufacturing fault.  All of these cases will be referred back to the manufacture to be dealt with accordingly.

All costs involved in returning products are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are required to provide the following information with the returned product: Name, Address, Email, Order Number and Reason for return.

Eligibility

Where you are eligible to return any goods, all original packaging must be included with the returned goods. Please keep all of the original packaging, until you have confirmed the products you have received are in good working order. Otherwise we cannot accept your returned goods.

Damaged Goods

All goods must be inspected within 24 hours of delivery. Should there be any damage, details in full, must be provided in writing, by e-mailing sales@max7beauty.com.au. Should this not be done within 24 hours, then any warranty shall be void.

Product Disclaimer

All products sold by SNB Aesthetics are 100% authentic products purchased directly from reputable manufactures. We guarantee that all products are sent out in as new condition in original manufactures packaging.

We strongly recommend that all products be used in accordance with the manufactures instructions, as marked on the product. We hold no responsibility for the intentional misuse of any product that may result in harm to the user.
